All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery delays caused by the postal service are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

Delays once your package has been shipped
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided to us

Please note - At this time, we only ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and interested in placing an order, feel free to get in touch - we'd love to chat and see what options may be available.

In-Person Collection - If you are able to collect your items then get in touch for a Promo code to remove the shipping fees.
