Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase!
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on earrings once orders have been shipped.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Just send us your order details and a few clear photos and we'll happily help with a replacement or refund.
Please note:

Slight variation in colour or design are normal and part of what makes each handmade piece special

We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen afterward

Damage caused by normal wear and improper care isn't covered
